Document on Guidelines for Buyer’s Agreement is under preparation. Target Date August 2017.
Meanwhile MoUD has prepared a document on Delhi Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Act 2016 and draft sale agreement between promoter & buyer. Comments submitted by IBC have been well appreciated by the Ministry. 
IBC has also approached MoUD to be included as member in Central Advisory Council for implementation of RERA.
