In IBC HQ Building following Air Conditioned Space is available for conferences, seminars, meetings etc.:

  1. Conference Hall of seating capacity of 25-30 persons
  2. Committee Room-I of seating capacity of 8-10 persons
  3. Committee Room-II of seating capacity of 8 persons

The booking of above space can be done both on line as well as Offline.

Following Facilities are available:

  1. Sect. Assistance / Steno Service available, if required (Chargeable @ Rs.800/- & (18% GST) for ½ day, Rs.1200/- & (18% GST) for full day)
  2. Projector installed in Conference Hall only, if required (Chargeable @ Rs.1000/- & (18% GST) per hearing)
  3. Laptop available, if required (Chargeable @ Rs.500/- & (18% GST) per hearing)
  4. Tea and Snacks (including in hiring charges)
  5. Water (Mineral) (including in hiring charges)

Terms and Conditions of Booking of Accommodations

  1. Booking can be done only six month in advance
  2. Advance payment in full is to be made at the time of booking.
  3. In case of cancellations, cancellation charges as follows will be recovered:-

i) Cancellation 7 days or more in advance

Rs.500/-per booking plus service tax as applicable

ii) Cancellation at least 96 hours in advance

Rs.750/- per booking plus service tax as applicable

iii) Cancellation at least 48 hours in advance

50% of payment due  plus service tax as applicable

iv) If cancellations are done less than 48 hours in advance

 No refunds
