5th Executive Committee Meeting and One Day Technical Seminar at Chennai
5th Executive Committee Meeting and one day Technical Seminar was organized by Public Works Department, Govt. of Tamil Nadu in association with IBC, Tamil Nadu State Chapter on 15th Feb’25 at Chennai.
Inaugural Session
The programme was inaugurated by Lighting of Ceremonial Lamp. Er. K.P. Sathyamurthy, Chairman, IBC Tamil Nadu State Chapter & Former E-in-C & Chief Engineer Tamil Nadu, PWD delivered the Welcome Address. Er. C. Debnath, President and Er. O.P. Goel Founder President, IBC addressed the gathering. Shri S. Manivannan, Engineer-in-Chief & Chief Engineer (General), Tamil Nadu, PWD was the Special Guest on the occasion. Vote of thanks was delivered by Shri I.S. Sidhu, Executive Director, IBC.
Technical Seminar
